A burger chain in Birmingham has been claimed to be one of the best restaurants in the first ever Uber Eats awards. The popular delivery firm has showed the finalist for the Midlands and East Anglia for the inaugural UK and Ireland Restaurant of the Year Awards.
The first awards from Uber Eats, judged by experts including Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith, will have the winner of the Restaurant of the Year win £100,000 to build and expand their business. This has been of the most important aspect and the final outcome of the festival. This is also the most favorable part for participants.
If we want to say how it starts we can say the public nominated some of their favourite restaurants all over the UK and Ireland earlier this year where a shortlisted for each region was drawn up. And it goes on as for the last month people have been voting for their favourite local spots – and the winner for the Midlands and East Anglia region has been announced as Birmingham’s Burger & Sauce.
It’s worthy of attention that the burger chain has branches across Birmingham. Just to mention some we can say they are at the Bullring, Alum Rock, Kings Heath and Castle Vale. All four have ratings of 4.4 and higher on the delivery app – while the Kings Heath branch has a highest rated medal. It’s so elegant any eye-catching.
How and what they serve is also of prime importance. The popular chain served burgers and loaded fries – including their popular beef nacho melt burger, chicken and cheese fries, and jumbo fire fries.
In a Facebook post, one of the winners said: “we are proud to announce that we are the regional winners of the Uber Eats restaurant of the year award 2022 and are now progressing to the grand final in London! It’s a great claim. We should all wait to see if they can make their claim.

Later, all regional finalists will be invited to take part in a judging day in London, where their food will be tasted by a panel of expert judges – including Prue Leith and vegan chef Rachel Ama. It’s such an amazing festival, with wonderful dishes, chefs, tastes as well as all other things we expect from the bests in this regard.
